JoviRocks Apparel Is founded by Jouvieur Pennyfeather, in ST.Thomas US. Virgin Islands. My goal is to promote women’s active wear,style & comfort. After working for over 13 years in retail I was inspired to start my own women’s apparel store with my touch of style and comfort.
